Do you also feel sleepy after lunch?
Here are the effective tips.
Walk After Eating:

Do not sit immediately after eating food, take a walk. If you don’t have time, then do a brisk walk, that is, use the stairs instead of lift. These small exercises will increase the oxygen level in your body. Which will increase the level of energy in you and you will not sleep.
Eat healthy food:

Refined grains are processed quickly, which results in increase in blood sugar and energy levels decreases. So eat more energetic food in your lunch, which can include more iron (leafy green vegetables), lean protein (lean meat, fish and eggs) and mixed carbohydrate (whole grains and legumes). Also avoid Over-Eating.
Eat Iron and Complex Carbs:

Include Iron, Protein and Complex Carbs in the diet you take in lunch. Iron enhances the production of hemoglobin in your body, which gives oxygen to all the organs and gives you energy. In addition, complex carbs supply glucose to the body, causing all the organs of the body to get fuel.
Eat in limited quantities:

Over eating is the main reason for sleeping after meals. So eat a limited quantity in lunch. To digest more food the body needs energy so that you can feel full of energy after meals.
