The shocking truth revealed: Raveena Tandon slams Bollywood actors wife and girlfriends.
These days, the ongoing fight between Tanushree Dutta and Nana Patekar is going on at the peak. Tanushree Dutta, who got famous from the movie ‘Aashique Banaya Apne’, has accused Nana Patekar of being sexually exploited. On one hand, several stars like Sonam Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra, Twinkle Khanna, Renuka Shahane have supported Tanushree. So many stars took away the issue by playing safe side. Meanwhile, a statement from Raveena Tandon has come to light that can make Twinkle Khanna angry.
Recently when Tanushree got the support of Twinkle Khanna, Tanushree said, turning on twinkle, you might be supporting me but your husband is shooting Housefull 4 with Nana Patekar. Raveena Tandon has also raised voice against sexual harassment in the industry.
‘Tip Tip Barsa Pani’ fame actress Raveena raised her voice against industry sexual harassment and said:
“What defines harassment in a workplace? The fact that many industry wives/girlfriends are silent observers or instigators when actor husbands destroy the actresses’ careers after the chase and flirtation is over, have them replaced with other potential targets?” she tweeted.
On Tanushree Dutta’s sexual harassment allegations on Nana Patekar, she tweeted, “When our industry fails to stand for and protect its own. They get their chance and lose it. Makes our films on women empowerment hollow. The deafening silence on #TanushreeDutta case is sickening. I remember the controversy breaking out.”
After seeing the actual video of the incident, where some people were seen attacking Tanushree’s car, Raveena wrote:
Sharing her experience of working with Nana, Raveena wrote, “Sadly no witnesses or proof. So one couldn’t say. But obviously, for her, this has been a life-changing incident. I’ve worked with Nana too (Mustafa), had heard about his volatile temper, but never witnessed. In fact, he was courteous and helpful.”
Raveena tweeted her last statement and said:
“It’s time witnesses came forward and stood by her, unafraid of the consequences, and let the law take its own course. We should not judge and media lynch. Let’s put our faith in the judiciary and let justice unfold. Innocent till proven guilty.”
